The USU CBS lab is dedicated to improving the reach and impact of psychological services through innovative treatment technologies and translational research. Our lab is part of the Department of Psychology Combined Clinical/Counseling/School Psychology Ph.D. program at USU. It is directed by Dr. Michael Levin and includes several graduate students in the program as well as undergraduate psychology students at USU.
The USU CBS lab is also part of an international professional community called the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS; https://contextualscience.org/), which is organized around a strategic approach to treatment development and behavioral science more broadly. A key feature of this approach that our lab seeks to exemplify is the bridging and integration of basic science, applied theory, and practical intervention technologies.
